Unibase.
1.2. Personal data processing is conducted in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and other applicable legal regulations.
1.3. The purpose of this document is to protect participants’ rights and freedoms and prevent unauthorized use of personal data.
2. Personal Data2.1. Personal data refers to any information relating to an individual that allows them to be identified, including, but not limited to:
- Full name, date of birth;
- Contact details (phone number, email, address);
- Educational information (school/university, grades, achievements);
- Photos and videos taken during the Olympiad.
3. Purposes of Data Processing3.1. Registration and participation in the Olympiad.
3.2. Processing results and notifying participants.
3.3. Advising participants on admission to
Sechenov University.
3.4. Compliance with legal requirements.
4. Conditions of Data Processing4.1. Data processing is carried out with participants’ consent.
4.2. Data may be shared with
Unibase staff and partners only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes.
4.3. Measures are in place to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Participants’ Rights5.1. To receive information about their personal data.
5.2. To request correction, blocking, or deletion of data if it is inaccurate or processed unlawfully.
5.3. To withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
6. Final Provisions6.1. This policy may be updated in accordance with legal requirements and the company’s internal procedures.
6.2. Continued participation in the Olympiad after updates indicates agreement with the revised policy.
